Data we process
- Order and contact information supplied through checkout.
- Uploaded images and generation choices when you explicitly request custom processing.
- First-party page, referrer, campaign, language, device category, engagement, download and conversion events.
- Pseudonymous model usage, latency, failure and estimated-cost records used for quotas and service improvement.
- Support messages, refund records and necessary security logs.
- Local desktop statistics remain on your device unless a future sync feature obtains separate consent.
First-party analytics and security signals
Our self-hosted analytics does not use advertising cookies and does not intentionally store raw IP addresses. It creates rotating keyed hashes, records limited user-agent and campaign information, and flags automated traffic or unusual event volume. Analytics is disabled when the browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. You may also opt out on this browser by running localStorage.setItem("focuddle-analytics-optout","1") in its developer console, or by contacting us for assistance.
Purposes and legal bases
We process information to deliver purchases, perform requested image transformation, measure service performance and conversion, enforce fair-use quotas, estimate model cost, prevent abuse, answer support requests, comply with accounting and legal duties, and operate a secure service. Depending on location, the basis may be contract, consent, legal obligation or legitimate interests.
Image processing
Before transfer to a production image processor, we identify the provider category, purpose and retention approach. Uploaded files are validated and re-encoded before processing. Images are not sold and are not used to train a general model by Focuddle. A third-party model provider or intermediary may apply its own retention and processing terms; users should not upload confidential or highly sensitive images.
Processors and international transfers
We may use hosting, payment, email, security and image-processing providers, including an explicitly configured API intermediary. Paddle may independently process checkout and tax data as merchant of record. We assess provider terms and use appropriate contractual and technical safeguards for cross-border processing where required.
Retention
Temporary source images and outputs are automatically scheduled for deletion after the configured job period, currently about one hour. First-party analytics and model-usage records are normally retained for up to 180 days. Transaction and accounting records are retained for legally required periods. Support records are retained only as reasonably necessary.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable by contacting . We may need to verify identity and retain information required by law or to resolve disputes.
Children
The service is not intended for children to upload images independently. Images of minors require authority from a parent, legal guardian or another person legally permitted to provide them.
Security and complaints
